About the job Business Development Section Head

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute business development strategies that align with company growth and customer satisfaction goals.
  • Conduct thorough business research to identify new markets and emerging customer needs.
  • Organize and lead business development meetings with prospective clients to explore new opportunities.
  • Promote TAQA Power's products/services by understanding and addressing clients' objectives.
  • Build and maintain long-term relationships with both new and existing customers.
  • Lead and mentor an entry-level team to support the successful implementation of company strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Renewable Energy, or related field).
  • A Master's degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of proven experience in business development and/or sales, preferably within the energy sector or a related industry.
  • Fluent in English (reading, writing, and speaking).

  • Strong business development and market research expertise.
  • Exceptional critical thinking, communication, and presentation skills. 
  • The ability to communicate both technical and non-technical concepts.
  • High intelligence quotient, strong organizational skills, and the ability to prioritize and meet goals effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, presentation tools, CRM, Power BI, and other relevant software tools.
  • Ability to work proactively and under pressure, maintaining performance in stressful and uncertain environments.
