Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced PV O&M Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the operation and maintenance of our solar power plants, ensuring maximum efficiency and performance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and implement strategies for the operation and maintenance of solar power plants.

- Manage a team of technicians and engineers to ensure smooth and efficient operation of the plants.

- Monitor and analyze plant performance data to identify and resolve any issues.

- Develop and maintain maintenance schedules and procedures to ensure optimal plant performance.

- Coordinate with suppliers and contractors for the procurement of necessary equipment and services.

- Ensure compliance with all safety and environmental regulations.

- Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, regulators, and local communities.

- Prepare and manage budgets for O&M activities.

- Provide regular reports on plant performance and maintenance activities to senior management.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in electrical or Renewable engineering

- Minimum 10 years of experience in solar PV operation and maintenance.

- Strong knowledge of solar PV systems and their components.

- Experience in managing a team and overseeing O&M activities.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.

- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

- Familiarity with relevant safety and environmental regulations.

- Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software.
