JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Keeping the business relationship with transportation contractors.
  • Create all transportation forms.
  • Collecting, Updating and keeping all up-to-date transportation documents including but not limited to: 
    1-Contractor ID, Commercial registration, Tax ID, Vat Tax, Contractor creation Forms
    2-Driver License, Drugs Test, Safety driving Certificate, Driver Passport).
    3-Truck License, Calibration Certificate, Truck Passport and GPS functional picture.
  • Ensures all tank trucks are equipped with GPS and monitors GPS on daily basis in all transportation contractors tank trucks to ensure that the GPS is functional.
  • Follow up with transportation contractors when assigning new tank trucks and/or new drivers regarding TAQA & EGPC Requirements
  • Receives, reviews and files the contractors stamped copy of the delivery receipts.
  • Receives and reviews contractors' tolls documents.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Effective communication skills.
  • High level of accuracy.
  • Good knowledge of computer skills & MS office.
  • Good command of English Language (written & spoken) is preferring.
  • University Degree.
  • work experience 0 - 2 years.
