Job Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Senior Compensation and Benefits Specialist to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in payroll processing, social insurance compliance, grading structures, and merit-based compensation systems. This role plays a key part in ensuring fair, compliant, and competitive total rewards practices across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
Payroll Management:
- Ensure accurate and timely processing of monthly payroll in coordination with Finance.
- Maintain payroll records and handle payroll adjustments, bonuses, and deductions.
Social Insurance & Labor Law Compliance:
- Manage all matters related to social insurance registration, reporting, and updates.
- Ensure compliance with local labor laws and governmental regulations.
Compensation Structure & Grading Systems:
- Support the development and maintenance of salary structures and job grading systems.
- Analyze market trends to ensure compensation practices remain competitive.
Merit & Annual Increases:
- Coordinate annual performance review cycles and apply merit increase guidelines.
- Prepare reports and analytics to support salary adjustment decisions.
Benefits Administration:
- Manage medical insurance programs and other employee benefits.
- Act as a point of contact for employee benefits inquiries and issue resolution.
HR Reporting & Analytics:
- Prepare regular compensation and benefits reports for management.
- Monitor and analyze compensation data to support strategic HR decisions.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of payroll systems, social insurance laws, and employee benefits.
- Hands-on experience with grading systems and performance-based compensation.
- Proficient in MS Excel and HRIS systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
- High level of confidentiality and attention to detail.

- Experience in a multinational or large-scale organization is a plus.
- Certification in compensation or HR (e.g., GRP, SHRM, CIPD) is an advantage.
