Metering Engineer

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for solving and handling all technical problems and issues of the metering systems.
2. Responsible for the proper configuration of the metering system according to the Customer Relations department requirements.

3. Responsible for establishing solid coordination between the branch managers and the distribution department in terms of all issues related to the metering system.

4. Responsible for establishing good coordination with the concerned departments that can support the metering system department such as IT department and Technical Office.

5. Testing, implementing, and commissioning new or old metering systems.

6. Providing support to all company's departments regarding readings and available metering system reports.

7. Maintaining faulty meters.

8. Meter readings and data collection and settings.

9. Programming meters to clients.

10. Losses calculation.

11. Providing support for any concerned department whenever needed, with issues related to meters and metering systems

12. Providing trainings on billing systems to concerned departments whenever needed.

Job Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering.

• Experience: Minimum 1-3 years of experience.
• Languages: English Proficiency Very Good (Reading, Writing, and Speaking).

• Technical

   reporting skills. 

• MS Office skills.

• Dynamic personality.

   

• Strong problem-solving skills.
