Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and reconcile daily sales transactions at the assigned site.
- Review sales records and counter readings to ensure accuracy.
- Handle customer collections, advance payments, and customer account follow-up.
- Maintain receivables records and support collection activities.
- Monitor site operating expenses and ensure proper documentation.
- Manage the site's petty cash in accordance with company policies.
- Coordinate daily with the Cairo Finance Team, responding to financial inquiries and providing required supporting information.
- Participate in the monthly financial closing process by reconciling and closing site accounts with the Cairo Finance Team.
- Report directly to the Cairo Finance Team while providing day-to-day financial support to the Site Technical Team.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or a related field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply, or candidates with up to 2–4 years of relevant experience.
- Experience in utility, infrastructure, construction, or water treatment companies is preferred.
- Good command of Microsoft Excel.
- Experience with ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Commerce (English Section) graduates are preferred.
- Must be a resident of Hurghada / Red Sea Governorate.
- Good knowledge of IFRS and Egyptian tax regulations.
