We are seeking a dedicated and personable Customer Service Representative (Women Preferred) to manage our international client accounts. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor, capable of handling diverse client needs and inquiries.

Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat in a timely and accurate manner.
- Provide assistance and support to international clients, ensuring optimal customer satisfaction.
- Manage and resolve customer complaints efficiently, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and transactions.
- Collaborate with the cross-functional teams to improve processes and resolve issues.
- Educate clients on products and services, guiding them toward suitable solutions.
- Monitor and follow up on customer feedback and complaints for resolution.
- Uphold company standards in all customer service operations.

Requirements:
- Proven customer service experience, preferably with international clientele.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Reliable and punctual with strong organizational skills.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree preferred.
- 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Fluency in English is required; additional language skills are a plus.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
