Deputy Manager MIS

Job Opportunity

A renowned manufacturing company is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager MIS resource to join our IT/ERP team. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Oracle EBS R12 modules and hands-on experience in developing, customizing, and optimizing Oracle solutions to support our business processes.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide techno-functional support for Oracle EBS R12 modules:

• Work in Process (WIP)
• Inventory
• Procure-to-Pay (P2P)
• Order-to-Cash (O2C)
• Financials
• Develop, customize, and optimize Oracle Forms and Reports.
• Design, optimize, and troubleshoot SQL and PL/SQL queries, procedures, and packages.
• Perform system enhancements, troubleshooting, and bug fixing.
• Work with business stakeholders to analyze requirements and deliver tailored solutions.
• Develop dashboards and analytical reports using Power BI or Qlik Sense.
• Provide system performance tuning and ensure high availability of applications.
• Support end-users with training and documentation.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 4+ years of techno-functional experience in Oracle EBS R12.
  Strong knowledge in WIP, Inventory, P2P, O2C, and Financials modules.
• Expertise in Oracle Forms & Reports development and customization.
• Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL, with strong skills in query optimization.
• Experience with BI tools (Power BI or Qlik Sense).
• Good understanding of manufacturing business processes.
• Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications

• Education BSc/MSc in Computer Sciences. However, Master degree holder shall be given preference.
• Experience in performance tuning of Oracle applications.
• Exposure to integration projects (with third-party systems or APIs).
• Oracle certification in EBS modules or development tools (preferred, not mandatory).
