Site Supervisor + Surveyor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Site Supervisor + Surveyor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in site supervision and surveying, with a proven track record of managing construction sites and conducting accurate surveys.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and oversee construction projects to ensure they are completed on time and within budget.
- Conduct detailed site surveys and prepare comprehensive reports.
- Coordinate with project managers, architects, and engineers to ensure alignment and compliance with project specifications.
- Monitor worker productivity and ensure adherence to safety protocols and industry standards.
- Resolve any on-site issues or conflicts efficiently and professionally.
- Maintain accurate records of site activities, including daily logs and progress reports.
- Assist in the calculation and verification of project dimensions and layouts.
- Manage and direct site personnel and subcontractors as required.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Site Supervisor and Surveyor in the construction industry.
- Extensive knowledge of construction procedures, materials, and project management principles.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make decisions under pressure.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to read blueprints and schematics accurately.
- Proficient in the use of surveying equipment and software.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field preferred.
- Professional certification in surveying or related discipline is highly desirable.
- Minimum of 6-10 years of relevant experience in site supervision and surveying.

Work Environment:
- This position requires working on construction sites, often outdoors and in various weather conditions.
- Ability to travel to different site locations as necessary.
- Overtime may be required to meet project deadlines.
