Assistant Branch Manager - Askari Life Assurance co. Limited

Our client Askari Life Assurance is looking for Assistant Branch Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the daily operations of the branch to ensure efficient and effective management.
• Support the Branch Manager in implementing strategic initiatives to meet financial goals.
• Oversee customer service operations and address customer inquiries and issues.
• Aid in training and developing branch staff to maximize their potential.
• Assist in managing branch inventory and ensure all processes align with company policies.
• Keep track of branch financials, such as deposits, withdrawals, and other transactions.
• Help to ensure compliance with all banking laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with the Branch Manager to improve business profitability and performance.
• Prepare and present reports on branch operations and performance.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in a customer service or banking environment is preferred.
• Strong leadership and decision-making capabilities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and handle stressful situations.
• Effective problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with banking software and good computer skills.
• Must be organized and able to prioritize duties.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field is preferred.
• Prior experience in a supervisory or management role is beneficial
• Cash handling and financial management skills.
• Knowledge of banking services and products.
• Ability to work on-site during branch hours, including some evenings and weekends.
