Our client CTO Recruiter is looking for Business Development Executive in Karachi.

Job Description:

I am looking for an BD Executive who can handle client acquisition

Location: Shahrah e Faisal, Karachi near Ibex
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 4:00 AM (PST) Night Shift
Working Days: Monday to Friday
Salary: 50k-70k + Commission

Requirements:

• More than 1 year experience in Sales
  Experience handling or working with USA & Canada Upwork profiles
• Strong English writing & communication skills
• Having strong chats & email handling, call handling and client management skills
• Understanding of Upwork connects, boosts, and proposal strategy
• Ability to write customized, high-converting proposals
• Good understanding of digital services and project requirements

Key Responsibilities:

• Ideal candidate should have hands-on experience working on
• Upwork, identifying quality projects, writing strong proposals, and converting leads into long-term clients.
• Identify and qualify relevant jobs/leads on Upwork daily, maintaining a healthy pipeline.
• Craft tailored, high-converting proposals (no copy-paste templates).
• Coordinate discovery calls, prepare agendas, capture requirements and follow up.
• Collaborate with delivery/ technical teams on solutions, estimates and milestones.
• Negotiate terms within defined guardrails and support contract finalization.
• Consistently meet/exceed daily, weekly, and monthly bidding/closure goals
• Assist the lead generation team to boost the sales.
