Our client Orange Tree Systems is looking for Business Development Executive in Lahore.

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive for our Medical Billing Services team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, acquiring clients, and driving revenue growth within the US healthcare and medical billing sector.

This role is ideal for professionals who have prior experience in securing projects or clients for medical billing or revenue cycle management (RCM) services.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and acquire new clients for medical billing and revenue cycle management services
  • Generate leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, email campaigns, and networking (Glassdoor)
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with physicians, clinics, and healthcare providers (Glassdoor)
  • Manage the complete sales cycle: prospecting pitching negotiation closing (LinkedIn)
  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and service demonstrations
  • Develop and implement effective sales and business development strategies (iimjobs.com)
  • Maintain a strong pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
  • Coordinate with internal billing and operations teams for smooth client onboarding

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in medical billing client acquisition / project hunting (mandatory)
  • Prior experience in US healthcare / RCM / medical billing sales
  • Strong understanding of medical billing services, AR follow-up, denial management, and revenue cycle processes (Shine)
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work independently and meet targets
  • Experience using CRM tools and lead generation platforms is a plus

Preferred Skills:

  • Existing network of US healthcare clients or providers
  • Strong sales mindset with a hunter approach (new business focus)
  • Experience in B2B healthcare or service-based sales
