Work Together is looking for a CSR (Women Preferred)
Responsibilities:
- Address customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
-Provide accurate information regarding products, services, and company policies.
- Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
- Document and update customer records based on interactions.
- Collaborate with team members to improve customer experience.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative targets.
Requirements:
- Minimum 1 to 2 years of experience in customer service or related field.
- Proven track record of managing customer inquiries efficiently.
- Strong listening and communication skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and handle difficult conversations.
- Proficient in using customer service software and database management tools.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; higher education is a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a customer-centric mindset.
- Problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work full time, with a willingness to work occasional weekends or holidays if necessary.
Additional Skills:
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service software.
- Basic computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel).
- Multilingual abilities are an advantage.
