Architural Photographer and video editor - Work Together

Responsibilities:

• Capture high-quality photographs and videos of architectural projects, including residential, commercial, and public buildings.
• Collaborate with architects, designers, and clients to understand project goals and desired visual outcomes.
• Edit photographs and videos using software tools, ensuring consistency and maintaining original elements of design.
• Manage the organization and archiving of digital files and portfolios efficiently.
• Stay updated on current trends in architectural photography and video editing.
• Conduct on-site photography and video shoots, considering lighting, composition, and perspective to enhance architectural features.
• Assist in the development of marketing materials by providing compelling visual content.

Requirements:

• 3-5 years of professional experience in architectural photography and video editing.
• Proven portfolio showcasing expertise in capturing and editing architectural imagery.
• Proficient in photography and video editing software such as Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
• Excellent understanding of photography principles, including lighting, composition, and color correction.
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
• Strong communication skills to effectively liaise with clients and team members.
• Willingness to travel for on-site shoots and work in various environmental conditions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Photography, Visual Arts, or a related field (preferred but not required).
• Strong technical skills in camera handling, as well as photo and video editing.
• An eye for detail and a strong creative vision.
• Time management skills and ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Skills:

• Knowledge of advanced post-production techniques and software.
• Experience in creating virtual tours or interactive visual presentations.
• Familiarity with drone photography and videography for capturing comprehensive views of large projects.
