Sales Agent - Techologik

Responsibilities:

- Engage with potential clients through Discord chat to introduce products and services.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to enhance the client base.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries and provide accurate information.
- Identify customer needs and suggest appropriate products/services.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for reaching potential clients.
- Maintain a detailed and organized record of customer interactions and sales progress.
- Provide feedback to management on market trends and customer preferences.

Requirements:
- Proficiency in using Discord and other chat-based communication tools.
- Strong written communication skills with an ability to engage effectively through text.
- Proven experience in sales or customer service roles, preferably in a remote environment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple chat conversations simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings and weekends as required.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Sales, Marketing, or related fields is a plus.
- Familiarity with the product or industry being represented.
- Previous experience in chat-based roles is beneficial.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to customer engagement.
- Technical proficiency to handle product inquiries and troubleshooting effectively.
- Capacity to meet sales quotas and deliver excellent customer experiences consistently.

Preferred:
- Experience working in a tech-driven or digital product environment.
- Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Enthusiasm for building networks within online communities.

Job Type: Onsite, Day (12 pm - 9 pm) Night (9 pm - 6 am).

Basic Salary + Commission based on target achievement.
