Our client HR Business Solutions is looking for Sales and Marketing in Lahore.

About the Role:

We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager with a solid background in the security
industry to lead our Sales & Marketing operations. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth,
strengthening market presence, and expanding the company's reach in both local and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the Sales & Marketing Department, ensuring alignment with company objectives and overall business strategy.
  
• Develop and implement strategic plans to expand market share both locally and internationally.
  
• Establish, develop, and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and agents.
  
• Set sales targets, track performance, and ensure achievement of revenue and profitability goals
  
• Monitor competitors, pricing trends, and market developments
  
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports for management
  
• Collaborate with internal teams to align sales and marketing efforts with business goals
  

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  
• Minimum of 5 years' experience as a Sales and Marketing Manager or similar role
  
• Strong knowledge of sales techniques and marketing strategies
  
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
  
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  
• Ability to analyze data and make strategic decisions
  
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing/sales tools (CRM systems)
