- Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs, providing insights for strategic planning.
- Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.
- Monitor and report on key performance metrics to assess the effectiveness of business development efforts.
- Assist in the negotiation and closing of high-value deals and contracts.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
- Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and business growth objectives.
- Strong understanding of market dynamics and industry trends.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team setting.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency with CRM software and business development tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience working in the industry relevant to the company's business is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and sustain relationships with multiple stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
