We are seeking an experienced Senior RPA Developer to lead the design and deployment of complex automation solutions using the UiPath platform, focusing on automating healthcare operations. In this role, you will drive digital transformation initiatives, leveraging UiPath to automate critical processes, improve efficiency, and deliver significant value. You will collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities, architect scalable solutions, and mentor junior developers.

Key Responsibilities

• UiPath Architecture & Development: Lead end-to-end design and advanced development of robust UiPath solutions, including custom activities and API integrations.
  
• Healthcare Automation: Identify and automate key healthcare processes (e.g., EMR's, EHR's and integrate UiPath with healthcare systems (EHR/EMR).
  
• Process Analysis & Review: Collaborate on process discovery, define technical specifications, and conduct rigorous code reviews for quality assurance.
  
• Deployment & Support: Manage testing, deployment via UiPath Orchestrator, and provide ongoing maintenance and troubleshooting for deployed automations.
  
• Governance & Best Practices: Contribute to RPA governance, standards, reusable components, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications & Skills

• UiPath Expertise: Expert proficiency in UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Computer vision and advanced features (e.g., AI Center, Document Understanding).
  
• Modern Development Workflow: Proficiency in leveraging AI-assisted development tools and 'vibe coding' techniques to accelerate prototyping, debug complex logic, and rapidly iterate on automation scripts
  
• Healthcare Knowledge: Strong understanding of healthcare operations, data standards (HL7, FHIR), and HIPAA compliance.
  
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in programming (Python, Java) and automation tools (Playwright or Selenium) is preferred.
  
• Problem-Solving & Communication: Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills for effective collaboration.
  
• Certification: UiPath Certified Advanced RPA Developer (UiRPA) preferred.

Experience

• 3+ years focused on UiPath.
  
• Proven track record delivering complex, enterprise-grade UiPath automations, ideally in healthcare is preferred .
  
• Experience leading RPA projects and mentoring developers.
