Motion Graphic Designer - Orange Tree Systems

Our client Orange Tree Systems is looking for Motion Graphic Designer in Lahore.

We are looking for a creative and technically skilled Motion Graphics Designer to bring our digital products to life. Your primary mission will be to transform complex SaaS workflows into sleek, high-converting visual demos and product explainers. This role is perfect for a 2D Animator who has a "product-first" mindset and knows how to use motion to simplify the user experience and drive engagement.

Key Responsibilities

• SaaS Product Demos: Design and animate high-end product demos and "mini-demos" that showcase our softwares core features and value propositions.
  
• 2D Animation & Storytelling: Create fluid, professional 2D animations for social media ads, website hero sections, and explainer videos.
  
• Visual Prototyping: Collaborate with the product team to animate UI/UX flows, turning static screenshots into dynamic, interactive-feeling video content.
  
• End-to-End Production: Manage the full creative lifecycle from storyboarding and asset creation to final rendering.
  
• Brand Consistency: Ensure all motion assets align with our brands visual identity, maintaining a modern, clean, and professional aesthetic.
  

Qualifications & Skills

• Motion Graphics Mastery: Expert proficiency in Adobe After Effects (including plugins like Newton, Joysticks 'n Sliders, or Duik) Adobe Premiere Pro and DaVinci Resolve.
  
• 2D Animation Specialist: Strong understanding of the 12 principles of animation, with a focus on timing, easing, and professional motion curves.
  
• SaaS/UI Animation: Experience animating software interfaces, cursor movements, and data visualizations.
  
• Graphic Design (Preferred): Strong foundational skills in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop to create and prep your own assets for animation.
  
• 3D Animation (Preferred): Proficiency in Blender or Cinema 4D is highly desirable for creating 3D product mockups, abstract backgrounds, or depth-based transitions.
  
• Modern Workflow: Familiarity with tools like Figma (for asset export) and Jitter.video or Lottie for web-based animations.
  
• AI-Enhanced Workflow: Proficiency in leveraging AI tools (such as Midjourney, Runway, or AI-driven After Effects plugins) to rapidly generate assets, brainstorm visual concepts, and accelerate the animation production pipelin
  

Experience

• 2+ years of experience in motion graphics or 2D animation, preferably within a tech, Healthcare or SaaS environment.
  
• A strong portfolio or reel showcasing your ability to animate software products and complex data in a clean, modern style.
  
• Experience working in a fast-paced, iterative environment where "vibe coding" and rapid prototyping are valued.
