Head of Formulations / Technical Lead - HR Business Solutions

Our client HR Business Solutions is looking for Head of Formulations | Technical Lead in Islamabad.

Experience Requirements (Critical):

• 18–22 years of relevant industry experience in formulation and manufacturing
  
• Minimum 15 years in core formulation roles within structured manufacturing environments
  
• Proven exposure to multinational or professionally managed organizations will be strongly preferred

The candidate must have extensive, hands-on experience across the following
product categories:

Oral Care (Mandatory Exposure):

• Toothpaste (Ʋuoride / non-Ʋuoride / herbal variants)
  
• Gel toothpaste formulations
  
• Sensitivity / medicated toothpaste
  
• Mouthwash and oral hygiene products

Personal Care:

• Creams, lotions, and emulsions
  
• Hair oils and grooming products
  
• Skin care formulations

Home Care / Hygiene:

• Hand wash and liquid soaps
  
• Floor cleaners and surface cleaners
  
• Disinfectants and sanitizers

Educational Qualification:

• Master's degree in chemistry / Applied Chemistry / Industrial Chemistry or Chemical Engineering
  
• Specialisation in cosmetic science or formulation chemistry will be an advantage
  
• However, practical industry experience will take precedence over academic qualifications

Core Mandate (Role Expectation):

The selected candidate will be responsible to:

• Lead end-to-end formulation and new product development
  
• Establish robust SOPs, QC systems, and technical documentation frameworks
  
• Provide hands-on leadership to production, QA, and R&D teams
  
• Ensure regulatory compliance and audit readiness
