Associate Sales Agent

Job Description:

As an Associate Sales Agent, you will play a key role in assisting the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with potential clients, providing product information, and nurturing leads into successful sales transactions. You will also be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction and building long-term relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development and implementation of sales strategies.
• Proactively contact and follow up with prospects to generate sales.
• Provide detailed information and recommendations about products to meet clients' needs.
• Facilitate sales transactions and process orders efficiently.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities using CRM software.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing clients.
• Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
• Provide feedback to the sales team and management about customer needs and suggestions.

• Stay updated about industry trends and product offerings.
  

Requirements:

•  1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales goals.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• High level of self-motivation and ambition.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business,
• Marketing, or related field is preferred.
• Relevant sales certifications are a plus.
• Strong team player with a collaborative spirit.

• Willingness to travel, if required for the role.

Work Environment:

• This is an in-person, full-time position.
• Will require working closely with the sales team and other departments.
• May require working extended hours to meet sales targets and client needs
