Job Description:

• Adopts a skeptical mindset and common-sense approach in establishing the underlying drivers of balances or movements, refusing to accept explanations that make little sense.
• Displays a firm grasp of project scope, purpose, and distinctions between project types.
• Assumes ownership of designated scope sections, involving analysis development, formulating queries for target management, and active client call participation.
• Exhibits consciousness in analysis, development, and question formulation. Introduces innovative concepts for impactful analysis and presentation approaches.
• Demonstrates an awareness of the attributes of good report writing and is capable of drafting quality slides.
• Embraces skepticism and practicality in discerning root causes of balances or shifts, rejecting implausible explanations.
• Displays familiarity with effective report writing attributes and possesses the ability to create quality slides.
• Takes responsibility for managing time and outputs according to project timelines.
• Takes the lead in source identification, data collection and interpretation, analysis execution, and presentation to case team and client stakeholders.
• Seeks senior team input when needed while readily sharing opinions and proposed solutions when applicable.

Minimum Requirements:

• Ideally holds a Master's or Bachelor's degree from a top-tier university.
• Work experience:
  Associate: At least 3-5 years of management consulting experience or experience in strategy or financial planning & analysis role at reputable firms.
• Possesses a quick learning aptitude, adept at assimilating new information rapidly, and employs a methodical approach to problem-solving.
• Displays passion and a fervent drive to tackle complicated problems, a comfort level with ambiguity, and an inclination to question conventional wisdom in pursuit of the right answer.
• Demonstrates well-honed analytical skills, showing ease with complex data sets and an innate ability to verify results logically.
• Exhibits strong verbal and written communication skills, showcasing the ability to articulate thoughts coherently.
• Shows motivation for executing projects to completion, backed by effective project management abilities and meticulous attention to detail.
• Capable of working independently, with strong self-motivation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Fluent proficiency in the English language is a prerequisite.
