Principal Architect

Work Together is seeking an experienced Principal Architect in the civil engineering sector to lead architectural design projects, oversee construction initiatives, and ensure compliance with industry standards. The role requires a deep understanding of structural engineering principles, project management skills, and a collaborative approach to working with multiple teams and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the design and execution of architectural projects from concept through construction.
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and consultants to deliver integrated solutions.
- Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively.
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations and codes.
- Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to junior architects and engineering staff.
- Prepare detailed architectural designs and documentation.
- Engage with clients to understand project requirements and deliver exceptional service.
- Keep abreast of advancements and updates in industry standards and architectural technologies.
- Coordinate with various departments and stakeholders to achieve project objectives.

Requirements:
- Over 10 years of experience in civil architecture or related fields.

- Proven track record of managing large-scale projects independently.
- Strong knowledge of architectural and civil engineering principles and construction methods.
- Excellent project management skills, with a focus on meeting deadlines and budget constraints.
- Ability to lead and inspire a team, fostering an environment of creativity and professionalism.
- Proficiency in software such as AutoCAD, Revit, and other design and modeling tools.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Qualifications:
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field.
- Professional Architect license is required.
- Membership in architectural or engineering professional bodies is preferred.
- Continuous learning and professional development in relevant areas of expertise.

Work Conditions:
- Full-time position with in-person work setting to oversee project development and backend Designing.
- May require occasional travel to project sites and visits but most of the work will be in office based.

Compensation:
- 150,000 to 250,000 PKR based on experience.
