Role Overview

We are looking for an experienced Data Quality Expert to support the Solutions+ Enterprise Data Program by ensuring high standards of data accuracy, consistency, and governance. This role combines strong technical expertise with business collaboration, focusing on data profiling, data quality rule enforcement, data cleansing, and MDM/RDM configuration. The ideal candidate will play a key role in enabling reliable, insight-driven decision-making across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform data profiling across Bronze, Silver, and Gold layers within Microsoft Fabric across multiple domains (HR, Finance, Procurement, Digital)
  
• Define, implement, and enforce data quality rules (accuracy, completeness, consistency) in collaboration with domain stewards
  
• Conduct profiling and transformations using Attaccama ONE, Python, and PySpark
  
• Manage and prioritize data cleansing backlogs, identify root causes, and coordinate issue resolution with relevant teams
  
• Configure Attaccama ONE for MDM/RDM, including golden record creation, entity matching, and survivorship rules
  
• Develop and maintain data quality dashboards and scorecards in Power BI
  
• Prepare actionable data quality reports, highlighting issues, impact, and recommendations
  
• Facilitate stakeholder sessions and translate technical findings into business-friendly insights
  
• Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations (UAE PDPL, GDPR) and maintain audit trails
  
• Collaborate with Data Governance and Data Foundation teams to resolve pipeline issues and improve data processes
  
• Maintain detailed documentation for all configurations, rules, and processes
  
• Provide monthly reporting and updates for DG Council and ARCC governance
  

Must-Have Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data quality, data profiling, or data engineering
  
• Strong hands-on experience with:
  
  • Attaccama ONE
    
  • Microsoft Fabric
    
  • Python / PySpark
    
• Proven expertise in:
  
  • Data profiling and DQ rule implementation
    
  • Data cleansing backlog management
    
  • Power BI dashboards and scorecards
    
• Strong understanding of:
  
  • Medallion architecture (Bronze, Silver, Gold)
    
  • MDM/RDM concepts
    
  • Data governance frameworks
    
• Excellent stakeholder communication and documentation skills
  
• Familiarity with GDPR, UAE PDPL, and enterprise data standards
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Certification or advanced expertise in Attaccama ONE
  
• Experience with Oracle Fusion ERP or large-scale enterprise systems
  
• Exposure to complex data ecosystems and governance frameworks
