Key Responsibilities
- Identify and generate qualified leads for marketing and creative services
- Conduct outreach via LinkedIn, email, and other platforms
- Present and introduce Mad Visions' services to potential clients
- Build and nurture initial relationships with prospects
- Schedule meetings or discovery calls with interested prospects
- Maintain accurate records of leads, communications, and follow-ups
Requirements
- Fluent English communication skills (spoken and written)
- Strong communication, persuasion, and interpersonal skills
- Prior experience in lead generation, sales, or business development is preferred
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or agency services is a plus
- Professional and confident approach to outreach
Working Hours
- Fully remote with flexible working hours
- Partial availability for client time zones when required
Compensation Structure
- This role begins as a commission-based position
- Attractive commission offered for each successful client/project secured
Growth Opportunity:
- The first 2 months will be a performance-based trial period
- Based on consistent performance and lead generation results, the role will transition to a base salary + commission structure
