Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls from USA-based customers
  
• Understand customer needs and provide suitable solutions
  
• Convert inquiries into successful sales
  
• Maintain customer satisfaction through professional communication
  
• Accurately record call details in CRM systems

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills (spoken & listening)
  
• Prior experience in call center / sales (preferred)
  
• Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  
• Ability to work in night shift (US timings)
  
• Basic computer skills (CRM, MS Office)
