Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the customer base.
- Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
- Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and business development goals.
- Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and align with company objectives.
- Monitor and report on performance metrics and sales results to senior management.
Requirements:
- 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to identify opportunities and devise strategies.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
- Demonstrated track record of developing new business and closing deals.
- Exceptional ability to present ideas and influence others.
- Familiarity with the industrys latest trends and competitive landscape.
Work Setting:
This is an in-person, full-time position requiring regular office attendance.
