Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities to drive growth and expand the customer base.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to drive revenue growth and achieve company targets.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and customer needs.
  • Create and implement strategic plans to achieve sales and business development goals.
  • Prepare and deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and align with company objectives.
  • Monitor and report on performance metrics and sales results to senior management.

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years of proven experience in business development or sales, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical skills with a keen ability to identify opportunities and devise strategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a proven ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Flexibility and willingness to travel as necessary for client meetings and industry events.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated track record of developing new business and closing deals.
  • Exceptional ability to present ideas and influence others.
  • Familiarity with the industrys latest trends and competitive landscape.

Work Setting:

This is an in-person, full-time position requiring regular office attendance.
