Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with social media campaigns.
  • Optimize content for SEO to enhance the visibility of the organizations website and social media pages.
  • Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
  • Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO.
  • Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
  • Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
  • Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • Strong portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content management.
  • Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
