Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective social media strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across various platforms.
- Manage and create content calendars for social media channels, ensuring consistent and engaging content that aligns with marketing goals.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance using analytics tools, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Stay updated with social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the organization remains competitive and innovative.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to align SEO strategies with social media campaigns.
- Optimize content for SEO to enhance the visibility of the organizations website and social media pages.
- Engage with the audience by responding to comments, messages, and feedback in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with graphic designers and other team members to create visually appealing and brand-aligned content.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of proven experience in social media management and SEO.
- Strong knowledge of social media platforms, their algorithms, and best practices.
- Experience with social media management tools and analytics.
- Basic knowledge of SEO principles and experience with SEO tools like Google Analytics and SEMrush.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate original ideas.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree/diploma in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing past social media campaigns and content management.
- Familiarity with graphic design tools like Adobe Photoshop or Canva is a plus.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced work environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
Working Conditions:
