๐๐ซ๐๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ ๐๐ก๐๐จ๐ฌ is looking for a proactive and detail-oriented ๐๐ง๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ง๐ ๐๐๐ฅ๐๐ฌ ๐๐๐ฏ๐๐ฅ๐จ๐ฉ๐ฆ๐๐ง๐ญ ๐๐๐ฉ๐ซ๐๐ฌ๐๐ง๐ญ๐๐ญ๐ข๐ฏ๐ (๐๐๐) to become the first line of contact for all incoming sales inquiries.
๐๐ก๐๐ญ ๐๐จ๐ฎ๐ฅ๐ฅ ๐๐จ:
Respond promptly to inbound leads within defined SLAs.
Initiate personalized outreach via email, calls, and SMS.
Qualify leads and schedule meetings with the Account Executive (AE) using HubSpot Meetings.
Keep CRM (HubSpot) updated with accurate notes, activity logs, and lead statuses.
Nurture cold leads through cadences or coordinate hand-offs to marketing.
Monitor and triage incoming demo requests, website inquiries, and calls.
Work closely with AEs to ensure smooth lead hand-offs and calendar sync.
Provide actionable insights to the marketing and sales teams on lead quality and recurring patterns.

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
13 years of experience in a similar SDR or inside sales role
Excellent verbal and written communication clear, concise, and persuasive
Hands-on experience with CRM systems like HubSpot
Confidence in phone outreach and objection handling
Strong organizational and follow-up skills you never let a lead go cold
Proactive, independent, and results-driven
Familiarity with sales tools like email schedulers, SMS platforms, and sales enablement tools
