Plaza Technician - One Network

Our client One Network is looking for Plaza Technician.

Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Perform routine maintenance and repairs on plaza facilities and equipment.
• Assist in the installation and setup of new equipment and systems.
• Inspect and troubleshoot issues with electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repairs.
• Collaborate with other team members to address any operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
• Respond promptly to maintenance requests and emergencies.
• Perform general cleaning duties to ensure a safe and tidy environment.

Requirements:

• Ability to work in person at plaza locations on a full-time basis.
• Willingness to learn and develop technical skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
• Effective communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to handle physically demanding tasks, including lifting and carrying tools and equipment.
• Adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  

Qualifications:

• 3 Year's Diploma in Computer Information Technology (CIT)
• Basic knowledge of maintenance practices and procedures.
