Our client MAR Group of Companies is looking for Business Development Executive in Lahore.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Female) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales or B2B client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with cold outreach and consistent follow-ups. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools to identify and manage prospective business leads. This role is suitable for a results-driven, self-motivated individual who can work independently to contribute to company growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and research prospective corporate clients for gifting solutions
  • Reach out to companies through email, LinkedIn, calls, and digital channels
  • Present ZING's perfume gifting packages according to client requirements and budget
  • Follow up with prospects to support closing sales opportunities
  • Maintain records of leads, communications, and sales pipeline updates

Required Skills:

  • 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B / corporate sales
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Comfortable with cold outreach and routine follow-ups
  • Basic experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email tools, and CRM platforms
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently
  • Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets
