Our client MAR Group of Companies is looking for Business Development Executive in Lahore.

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive (Female) with 6 months to 1 year of experience in corporate sales or B2B client engagement. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and negotiation skills and be comfortable with cold outreach and consistent follow-ups. You will use LinkedIn, Apollo.io, CRM systems, and lead-generation tools to identify and manage prospective business leads. This role is suitable for a results-driven, self-motivated individual who can work independently to contribute to company growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and research prospective corporate clients for gifting solutions
- Reach out to companies through email, LinkedIn, calls, and digital channels
- Present ZING's perfume gifting packages according to client requirements and budget
- Follow up with prospects to support closing sales opportunities
- Maintain records of leads, communications, and sales pipeline updates
Required Skills:
- 6 months to 1 year of experience in Business Development or B2B / corporate sales
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Comfortable with cold outreach and routine follow-ups
- Basic experience with LinkedIn, Apollo, email tools, and CRM platforms
- Self-motivated and able to work independently
- Responsible for achieving assigned sales targets
