Responsibilities:
- Develop, implement, and manage social media strategies to align with business goals.
- Create, curate, and manage published content (e.g., posts, images, videos) across all social media platforms.
- Monitor online presence and audience engagement on various social channels.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and product development teams to ensure brand consistency.
- Analyze social media metrics and provide weekly/monthly reports, offering insights and recommendations for improvements.
- Stay up-to-date with the latest social media trends, tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Handle social media interactions and inquiries professionally and in a timely manner.
- Organize and manage contests, giveaways, and other marketing campaigns on social channels.
- Respond to customer inquiries and comments in a timely and professional manner.
- Maintain a content calendar and coordinate with various teams for content creation.
Requirements:
- Proven 1 to 2 years of work experience as a Social Media Manager or similar role.
- Strong understanding of social media management and strategy.
- Solid knowledge of keyword research and Google Analytics.
- Familiarity with web design and publishing.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
- Ability to develop creative and engaging content.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with social media advertising platforms such as Facebook Ads Manager or LinkedIn Campaign Manager is a plus.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
- Proficiency in social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn).
- Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer).
- Strong copywriting and editing skills.
- Ability to work in person and collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to adapt and learn new tools and technologies quickly.
- Passion for staying updated on industry trends and developments.
