Design Sales Officer

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and creative Design Sales Officer to join our team. This role involves designing, presenting, and selling a range of products and services, requiring a confident understanding of design principles and exceptional sales acumen. As a Design Sales Officer, you will work closely with clients to visualize and bring their needs to life, while achieving sales targets and delivering an outstanding customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Engage with customers to understand their design needs and preferences.
•  Create compelling design proposals and sales presentations to meet client requirements.
• Conduct on-site visits and consultations to gather detailed project information.
• Collaborate with the design and sales team to ensure product specifications are met.
• Assist in managing the sales pipeline and follow-ups to ensure closing sales efficiently.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product features and industry trends.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Support marketing activities and attend networking events to generate leads.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
• Meet and exceed sales targets set by management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Design, Marketing, Business, or a related field.
• 1-2 years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in sales.
• Strong understanding of design principles and the ability to convey id6eas visually and verbally.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in design software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Willingness to work flexible hours and travel for client meetings as needed.
