Cybersecurity Specialist - Orange Tree Systems

We're hiring a [b]Cybersecurity Specialist / SOC Analyst[/b] to strengthen and maintain our organization's security posture across email, endpoints, networks, and monitoring systems. This is a hands-on role for someone who can independently configure, manage, and respond to security threats across the stack. [h2][b]Required Qualifications[/b][/h2] [i]3+ years of experience in cybersecurity, network security, or a related field[/i] [i]Strong experience with email security — spam filtering, phishing protection, SPF/DKIM/DMARC[/i] [i]Hands-on experience configuring and managing firewalls (Fortinet, Cisco, Palo Alto, or similar)[/i] [i]Experience with endpoint security tools (Microsoft Defender, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, etc.)[/i] [i]Knowledge of malware detection and incident response[/i] [i]Familiarity with SIEM or monitoring tools (Splunk, Wazuh, etc.)[/i] [i]Strong understanding of networking fundamentals — TCP/IP, VPNs, access control[/i] [i]Ability to work independently and communicate clearly in English[/i] [i]Certifications such as CompTIA Security+, CEH, CISSP, or CySA+[/i] [h2][b]Preferred Qualifications[/b][/h2] [i]Experience securing Microsoft 365 or Google Workspace environments[/i] [i]Experience with cloud security (AWS, Azure, or GCP)[/i] [i]Background in incident response or threat analysis[/i]
