Project Lead - Elits Digital Media

Our client Elits Digital Media is looking for Project Lead to work remotely.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and organized Project Manager (Remote) to oversee project execution, manage timelines, coordinate with internal teams, and ensure smooth delivery of client requirements—especially for projects coming from Upwork.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end project lifecycle from onboarding to delivery
  
• Coordinate with BD team, freelancers, and internal departments
  
• Monitor project timelines, milestones, and deliverables
  
• Communicate with clients when required and ensure satisfaction
  
• Translate client requirements into actionable tasks for the team
  
• Track progress and ensure on-time project completion
  
• Identify risks/issues and provide timely solutions
  
• Maintain project documentation and reports
  

Requirements: Proven experience in project management (remote/agency experience preferred)

• Experience handling marketplace projects is a plus
  
• Strong communication and leadership skills
  
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  
• Familiarity with tools like Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Slack, etc.
  
• Problem-solving mindset and ownership attitude
  
• Work Mode: Remote
