Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and persuasive Tele Sales Officer to join our dynamic sales team. The Tele Sales Officer will be responsible for reaching out to potential customers via telephone, promoting our services, and achieving sales targets. This role requires excellent communication skills, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contact potential customers by phone to introduce and promote services/courses/certifications/training offerings.
- Deliver scripted sales pitch to persuade customers to purchase.
- Handle customer inquiries and provide thorough information about NEBOSH, IOSH, OSHA, OTHAM, Rigar and IT Courses.
- Maintain accurate records of customer details, sales, and conversations.
- Follow up on leads and handle objections effectively.
- Achieve set sales targets within deadlines.
- Collaborate with team members to improve sales strategies.
- Ensure customer satisfaction and handle complaints with professionalism.
- Gather feedback from customers and relay to the relevant departments.
- Participate in training sessions to enhance product knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in telemarketing or similar sales/client service roles.
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to persuade and influence others.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle rejection and overcome sales objections.
- High level of motivation and resilience.
- Capability to work independently and as part of a team.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of sales or telemarketing experience.
- Understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
- Familiarity with relevant software applications and phone systems.
