Our client Rankistan Digital Marketing Agency is looking for Account Executive in Lahore.
Job Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Account Executive responsible for building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and ensuring client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will drive revenue growth through effective client communication and strategic sales initiatives in an in-person work environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve organizational revenue goals.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships through in-person meetings and regular communication.
  • Identify and prioritize new business opportunities and partnership prospects.
  • Present and promote company products and services with compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met and to provide excellent customer service.
  • Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
  • Maintain detailed records of client interactions and update CRM systems with up-to-date information.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
  • Provide feedback to the production and marketing teams for product enhancements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Proven work experience as an Account Executive, or similar sales/customer service role.
  • Strong understanding of the sales process and dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Highly motivated and target-driven, with a proven track record in sales.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and systems.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
    Availability to work full-time and in-person.

Requirements:

  • 1-2 years of experience in a sales or account management role.
  • Flexibility to travel to meet clients when necessary.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and confidence in dealing with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Demonstrated ability to adapt to an in-person business environment and face-to-face consultations.
