Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
  • Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
  • Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
  • Oversee the organizations marketing budget.
  • Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
  • Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
  • Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
  • Develop strong partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role.
  • Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
  • Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords).
  • Excellent communication and people skills.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Creativity and commercial awareness.
  • Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
  • Experience in managing social media platforms.
  • Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

Work Environment:

  • Full-time, in-person work setting.
  • Must be willing to work flexible hours and attend events outside regular business hours as required for campaigns and marketing events.
