About the job Marketing Officer
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives.
- Coordinate marketing campaigns with sales activities.
- Manage and improve lead generation campaigns, measuring results.
- Oversee the organizations marketing budget.
- Create and publish all marketing materials in line with marketing plans.
- Plan and implement promotional campaigns.
- Organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
- Manage social media presence and direct programs to improve social media reputation and recognition.
- Develop strong partnerships with key industry players, agencies, and vendors.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and demographic data.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Marketing Officer or similar role.
- Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys, etc.).
- Familiarity with marketing computer software and online applications (e.g., CRM tools, Online analytics, Google Adwords).
- Excellent communication and people skills.
- Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Creativity and commercial awareness.
- Capability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of proven experience in a marketing role.
- Proficiency in MS Office and marketing software.
- Experience in managing social media platforms.
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations.
- Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
Work Environment:
- Full-time, in-person work setting.
- Must be willing to work flexible hours and attend events outside regular business hours as required for campaigns and marketing events.
