- Manage and oversee daily administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations.
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and calendar events.
- Handle correspondence, including emails, memos, and other forms of communication.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as necessary.
- Assist in the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents.
- Support human resources activities, such as onboarding new employees and maintaining records.
- Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
- Liaise with other departments to streamline operations and improve efficiency.
- Handle sensitive information in a confidential manner.
- Participate in special projects and other duties as assigned.

- Proven experience as an administrative officer, administrator, or in a similar role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in office software (e.g., MS Office Suite) and office equipment.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with office management procedures and basic accounting principles.

- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree in business administration or related field is preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an administrative role.
- Demonstrable experience with office management systems and procedures.
- Professional certification in office administration or related field is considered an asset.

- Full-time position with regular office hours.
- On-site work setting, requiring presence in the office during working hours.
