Our client Neem is looking for Implementation Manager in Karachi.
What are we looking for
We are looking for an Implementation Manager to join our Neem Paymenow (NPMN) business line. In this role, you will lead the successful deployment, integration, and scaling of our Earned Wage Access (EWA) solutions to our B2B customers/clients. This is a client-facing role with end‑to‑end ownership of implementations from pre‑sales discovery through go‑live and post‑implementation.
You will act as a strategic bridge between the clients (employers) and internal teams (sales, business development and customer experience) and ensure the client's needs/requirements are configured on the platform. Beyond hands‑on delivery, you will establish implementation best practices, manage timelines and risks.
Your responsibilities
- Implementation & delivery:
- Own the end-to-end implementation and integration of Neem Paymenow for employers, including configuring employer accounts, user profiles, payroll settings, and access controls within the platform.
- Support employers with employee data uploads, updates, validations, and corrections, especially during onboarding and monthly payroll cycles.
- Guide employers through recurring month-on-month processes such as employee additions/removals, salary changes, and eligibility updates.
- Own the end-to-end implementation and integration of Neem Paymenow for employers, including configuring employer accounts, user profiles, payroll settings, and access controls within the platform.
- Program & stakeholder management:
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, and checklists for each employer.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for employers during onboarding, implementation and post implementation stage
- Work closely with the sales/BD team to understand the client's needs and configure the platform to meet their requirements.
- Proactively track risks, dependencies, and issues across multiple employer implementations.
- Create and manage implementation plans, timelines, and checklists for each employer.
- Data management & quality control:
- Manage large volumes of sensitive employee and payroll data with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
- Validate uploaded data, reconcile discrepancies, and ensure alignment between employer records and platform requirements.
- Establish and enforce data quality checks, version control, and audit-ready documentation.
- Troubleshoot data-related issues and resolve them independently or with Engineering support when required.
- Manage large volumes of sensitive employee and payroll data with a high degree of accuracy and discretion
- Documentation & process improvement:
- Build and maintain clear implementation SOPs and employer guidelines
- Identify recurring employer issues and recommend process or product improvements.
- Track implementation metrics such as time-to-go-live, data error rates, and post-launch issues.

You should apply if
- You have a bachelors degree in computer science, engineering, or a related field (MBA or equivalent experience is a plus).
- You bring 6+ years of experience in software implementation, integration, technical program management, or customer success, preferably in SaaS or BaaS ecosystems.
- You have prior experience with payroll systems, HRIS platforms, EWA solutions, or financial data integrations is strongly preferred.
- You have prior experience of implementations for complex B2B or enterprise customers.
- You are comfortable working with APIs, data files, system configurations, and technical documentation.
- You have a strong track record of managing multiple high‑stakes projects simultaneously in fast‑paced, ambiguous environments.
- You demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, especially when working with sensitive customer and payroll data.
- You are a clear, confident communicator who can engage both technical and non‑technical stakeholders.
- You have a problem‑solving mindset, a bias for action, and the ability to make sound decisions with incomplete information.
