About The Role:
Were looking for a Product Marketing & Branding Specialist to shape how the market experiences Uptime. You'll be responsible for telling the CDL Hiring OS story, owning brand positioning across every touchpoint, and building campaigns that make fleets (and drivers) trust, remember, and adopt Uptime.
This is a high-impact role at an early stage. You'll be taking a category-defining product and turning it into a movement in trucking.
What You'll Do:
- Build & Evolve the Brand: Shape Uptimes identity, tone of voice, and storytelling across web, social, product, and community.
- Own Messaging & Narrative: Craft clear, operator-first messaging that resonates with fleet managers, recruiters, and drivers (Seats empty = revenue empty).
- Launch Campaigns: Drive awareness through multi-channel brand campaigns (social, PR, partnerships, events, UGC, and community).
- Enable Sales: Create collateral (case studies, ROI calculators, decks) that help fleets see Uptimes ROI instantly.
- Elevate Every Touchpoint: Ensure Uptime feels consistent and compelling across product launches, waitlists, landing pages, and social content.
- Shape Category Leadership: Help Uptime own CDL Hiring OS in the market through content, policy insights, and creative storytelling.
- Community Building: Support Reddit, TikTok, LinkedIn, and Slack/Discord strategies that make Uptime the hub for CDL hiring conversations.
What Were Looking For:
- 23 years in product marketing, brand marketing, or creative marketing at a high-growth B2B SaaS or marketplace startup.
- Experience taking an early-stage brand from 01 or scaling a new product category.
- Proven track record of running multichannel campaigns (social, PR, partnerships, UGC, events).
- A mix of strategy and execution you can think in category narratives and also roll up your sleeves to ship.
- Entrepreneurial mindset: thrives in a fast-paced, zero-to one environment with high ownership.
- Bonus: familiarity with recruiting tech, trucking/logistics, or compliance-heavy B2B industries.
