Job Description:
As a Customer Sales Representative, you will play a key role in driving sales and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. You will be responsible for meeting sales targets, understanding customer needs, and delivering product knowledge to boost sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and recommend suitable products or services.
- Achieve sales targets and KPIs set by the sales manager.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to encourage repeat business.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues efficiently and effectively.
- Keep up-to-date with product knowledge to provide accurate information and advice.
- Process sales transactions accurately and follow up on orders.
- Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to meet customer expectations.
- Participate in sales training programs to enhance selling skills.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment to optimize customer experience.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong customer service orientation.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
- Familiarity with sales software or CRM systems is a plus.
- Flexibility to work various shifts including weekends based on business needs.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a bachelors degree in business or a related field is an advantage.
- Knowledge of the industry products and sales processes.
- Basic computer skills including Microsoft Office Suite.
