Job Title: Ecommerce Manager (On-site) E11/4 Islamabad
Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Ecommerce Manager to lead and grow our online business across Shopify and Daraz. The ideal candidate will be a data-driven professional with strong leadership skills and proven experience in ecommerce growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and Execute Strategies: Develop and execute strategies to drive online sales on Shopify and Daraz.
  
• Digital Marketing Campaigns: Plan and oversee digital marketing campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, Email Marketing, WhatsApp API Marketing).
  
• Competitive Analysis: Conduct competitive analysis and market research to optimize performance.
  
• Product Listings: Oversee product listings via CSV File, catalog management, promotions, and pricing across platforms.
  
• Integrations: Manage integrations with CRM tools, logistics portals, and third-party apps.
  
• Order Fulfillment: Ensure seamless order fulfillment, tracking, and customer satisfaction.
  
• Team Leadership: Lead and supervise the ecommerce team including designers, digital marketers, and customer support staff.
  
• Collaboration: Collaborate with retail and logistics teams to align operations with ecommerce sales.
  
• Performance Metrics: Monitor performance metrics (traffic, conversion rate, ROAS, customer retention).
  
• Reporting: Generate detailed reports on sales, campaigns, and operations to support decision-making.
  
• Data-Driven Insights: Use data-driven insights to improve efficiency and maximize revenue.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in Ecommerce, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
  
• Strong knowledge of Shopify and Daraz Seller Central.
  
• Hands-on expertise in Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads, SEO, Email Marketing, and WhatsApp API Marketing.
  
• Experience managing customer CRM, POS systems, and logistics portals.
  
• Excellent analytical skills with ability to interpret data and translate into actionable strategies.
  
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management abilities.
