Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Advertising Sales Manager or similar role.
- A track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong knowledge of advertising sales and media channels.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team.
- Analytical skills to interpret sales performance and market trends.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3 to 5 years of experience in sales management within the advertising industry.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tools.
- In-depth understanding of digital and traditional advertising.
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and sustain client relationships.
- Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative sales pitches.
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
