Responsibilities:

- Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide information in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop strategic sales approaches and campaigns.
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations tailored to customer needs and preferences.
- Keep accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities in the company CRM system.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and suggest improvements to enhance sales and customer engagement.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Customer Sales Representative or similar role for 1 to 2 years.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with a diverse customer base.
- Strong persuasive skills and the ability to handle objections with confidence.
- Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent; a college degree in business, marketing, or a related field is a plus.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Good problem-solving abilities and a customer-first attitude.
