Job Description:

We are looking for a Customer Support Representative (CSR) to join our team on a contractual basis. This is a remote role requiring availability in the Australian time zone.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries professionally via chat, email, or calls
  • Provide timely and accurate solutions to customer concerns
  • Maintain clear and organized records of interactions using Trello
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure query resolution
  • Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction

Requirements:

  • Prior experience as a CSR or in a similar customer-facing role
  • Hands-on experience with Trello for task and workflow management
  • Strong problem-solving and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a remote setup
