Our client Askari Life Assurance is looking for Group Manager in Lahore.

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team of professionals to achieve operational goals and objectives.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to drive business growth and performance.
• Foster a positive and collaborative team environment to enhance productivity and teamwork.
• Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback for professional development.
• Manage budgetary operations to ensure financial objectives are met.
• Coordinate with other department managers to ensure cross-functional alignment and efficiency.
• Oversee the development and implementation of projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
• Address and resolve any operational issues that arise, implementing improvements where necessary.
