Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Microsoft 365 Copilot OCM (Organizational Change Management) Lead to drive user adoption, change management strategies, and business transformation initiatives for Microsoft 365 Copilot implementations. The ideal candidate should have strong experience in Microsoft 365 technologies, AI-powered workplace transformation, stakeholder management, and enterprise change management programs.

Required Skills:

  • Strong experience in Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and adoption
  • Expertise in Organizational Change Management (OCM)
  • Experience with Microsoft 365 Suite including Teams, SharePoint, Outlook, OneDrive, and Viva
  • Knowledge of Generative AI and AI-driven workplace productivity tools
  • Experience in user adoption strategies, communication planning, and training programs
  • Strong stakeholder and executive management skills
  • Experience in change impact assessments and readiness planning
  • Familiarity with Agile methodologies and digital transformation initiatives
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Lead Organizational Change Management activities for Microsoft 365 Copilot deployments
  • Develop communication, training, and user adoption strategies
  • Conduct stakeholder engagement sessions and executive presentations
  • Drive change readiness assessments and adoption metrics
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams for successful rollout
  • Create training materials, user guides, and enablement plans
  • Monitor adoption KPIs and continuously improve user engagement
  • Support enterprise AI transformation initiatives

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Microsoft Certifications related to Microsoft 365, Copilot, or Change Management
  • Experience working with enterprise-level digital transformation projects
  • Strong consulting and client-facing experience
