About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Secure Lending Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in loan operations, documentation verification, and loan servicing across products like Home Loans, SME/LAP, and Auto/Car Loans. This is a remote position with immediate onboarding.

Key Responsibilities:

• Verify loan and disbursal documents (KYC, loan agreements, property documents, insurance policies) as per SOPs and credit approvals
  
• Execute loan disbursements and update the system accurately
  
• Handle servicing requests including loan rescheduling, settlement, amendments, due date changes, insurance switches, and release letters
  
• Maintain high standards of documentation quality and accuracy following maker-checker controls
  
• Update MIS trackers, perform reconciliations, and escalate system or operational issues
  
• Coordinate with onshore teams and ensure TAT & SLA adherence
  
• Support ad-hoc business requests and customer complaint resolution

Key Requirements:

• Graduate with 1–2 years of experience in loan operations or banking
  
• Knowledge of mortgage, SME/LAP, and auto loan processes
  
• Strong analytical skills and attention to detail
  
• Proficiency in MS Office, Outlook, and banking systems
  
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Commitment to meeting KPIs, SLA, and accuracy benchmarks
