Responsibilities:

  • Communicate professionally with existing and potential customers to understand their fire safety needs.
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings between clients and the technical/sales management team.
  • Follow up with customers regarding proposals, quotations, and service inquiries.
  • Conduct on-site technical surveys for fire alarm and fire hydrant systems.
  • Identify client requirements for fire safety equipment and PPE.
  • Document site conditions and report findings for accurate quotations.
  • Assist in preparing sales documentation, including quotations and product specifications.
  • Support the sales team in closing deals within the industrial sector.
  • Maintain an updated client and project database.
  • Stay informed on fire hydrant systems, fire alarms, and industrial safety standards

Qualifications

  • Minimum Intermediate education.
  • At least 1 year of experience in industrial dealing or sales support.
  • Relevant technical certification or fire safety/sales courses are an advantage.

Skills

  • Basic knowledge of Fire Alarms, Fire Hydrants, and PPE.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to conduct field visits and technical site surveys.
